Anxiety 2 Calm: Physical Causes of Anxiety - Brain Structure

Well, a nice, short blog post to read.

  1. Anxiety is often caused by physical health problems that are best dealt with by people like chiroproactors and osteopaths.

If the physical problems are severe enough, no amount of talking it out, will power, recovering bad memories, diet and exercize, or anything like that will make you feel better. The most it will do is make you able to live with feeling bad.

Anti-depressants will just mask symptoms in these cases.

Doctors really need to start testing for physical problems when someone has chronic anxiety. It would do a lot of good.
